In IE6, a width:100% div inside a table cell will remove the 
right border on that cell if the cell has left or right 
padding specified in em or ex. The MonoBook skin has 
the .center div with a width of 100% and so this happens on 
the "Wikipedia in other languages" on Wikipedia's Main Page.

The 'Wikipedia in other languages' currently on http://en.wikipedia.org/ doesn't
have any borders.

Please provide a stable sample text and test whether the problem is still present.
