We should allow hiding of talk pages on Special:Watchlist. This was requested on
the Village Pump, and it seems eminently sensible to me. Patch to follow.

I've written a javascript watchlist filter, available at
[[:en:User:Lupin/watchlistfilter.js]]. This is capable of removing talk pages
from watchlist pages.

Watchlist is now namespace-filterable.
