The table of contents has extra line breaks when there are subsections.

There seems to be extra space at the level boundaries.

Seems to be consistent across all browsers I've tested. Check the print stylesheet for rules affecting lists.

Fixed in 1.4 and 1.3 CVS and live on wikipedia.

You may need to force update /style/commonPrint.css to make sure you get the correct styles.
