Description Zubin Madon 2004-09-14 04:35:37 UTC
When moving a page to a page with "#" in the title, the article and its history
is completely lost, that is, if moving "Joe Blow" to "Joe#Blow", it claims to
move it simply to "Joe" and then makes a redirect from "Joe Blow" to "Joe" but
the history and article does not go along. Also, there is no deletion record on
either article. (This happened to me on Wikipedia, so I'm not sure where the
article is moved to in the database, but you cannot access it from the website)
