Currently I'm the only one who actively as an administrator, and there is a off-wiki consensus to trust me the solution of such technical issues. All relevant categories are exists, this setting needs to migration from old templates to this extension's using.

For the details, we would like to categorize user's page to "User
%code-%level". This should be equal to this default code:
