The attached LanguageMs.php file is the collective effort of a few administrators of ms:Wikipedia (Wikipedia Bahasa Melayu), inclusive of Yosri (one of the co-founders). Although ms:Wikipedia was set up on 12 August, 2003, a major part of the interface has not been translated. This effort represents a comprehensive effort to translate the entirety of the interface. All syntax errors have been corrected. No syntax errors were found on final test using php -l languageMs.php. As the changes are substantial, please let me know if I should submit by instalments. 1) Please try to keep language files project-neutral - i.e. no references to Wikipedia. I've replaced all instances of the word "Wikipedia" in the patch with either {{SITENAME}} or {{ns:project}} as appropriate, but there may be subtler references that should also be fixed. 2) I've had to do some manual splitting and merging, because there is now a separate MesssagesMs.php file for the interface strings, with other bits still in LanguageMs.php; hopefully I didn't break anything! Otherwise, committed to CVS HEAD; thank you.
The commit was full of hardcoded "Wikipedia" strings which were not in the previous version. I've reverted it.
Actually, no it wasn't (though the *patch* was) - as stated, I spent some time *removing* the hard-coded Wikipedia strings in the messages; the only instances of "Wikipedia" in that file are in comments. [Well, the only ones I can find, anyway] Looking back, I realise I missed the hard-coded "Wikipedia:" namespace definitions in LanguageMs.php, because having split the messages out to MessagesMs.php, I didn't look at much else. However, see also bug 4772, in which the patch author has "withdrawn" the original patch anyway. :/
Hi, I was trying to download MessageMs.php but it doesn't download when I pressed the download button. What I get is only a view of the page on the browser. Does it mean that I have to go to http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:All_system_message s to make my changes? Thank you.

Hi, seems like "LanguageMs.php" has been reduced to bare-bone! Guess it is very much easy for us now. I have checked through the translation of "LanguageMs.php" and found only one error: :NS_MEDIAWIKI_TALK => "MediaWiki_Perbualan",#MediaWiki_talk Can you please change it to: :NS_MEDIAWIKI_TALK => "Perbualan_MediaWiki",#MediaWiki_talk Thank you.
