Imho we should show the diff of changes to the source text, even if the message has not been marked as explicitly fuzzy.

 The diff to which version if the source message is not marked fuzzy and has been changed multiple times?

Note: Source messages should never be fuzzy.

We store the revision id of the source message when saving translation. The diff is just between the stored revision and latest revision of the source message  - the diff feature doesn't care about fuzziness at all in the backend.
