Since today, the "read in other languages" has disappeared from plain and beta mode. Still there in dragon's mode.

Oh dear oh dear. I did some refactoring and it seems it went missing during the process of it and some of the refactoring wasn't merged:
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/59987/ should bring it back (currently the problem is the language template variable is being overridden by an empty list :-S )
