Header 1 || Header 2 || Header 3 |} does not work as expected: <th>Header 1</th><th>Header 2</th><th>Header 3</th> All three cells are headers. It should only make the first cell a header. Instead, you have to put: {| ! Header 1 | Header 2 || Header 3 |}
Created attachment 3370 [details] a patch I made a patch that will "fix" the problem. sadly it will break an earlier fix, when delimiters are inside tag attributes. It might be fixable. don't know if it will break anything else.
