Per my notes on talk page <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Extension_talk:Score/Retina/high-density_display_support_needed>: Since SVG output isn't yet available, the simplest solution for high-resolution displays is to rasterize PNGs at 1.5x and 2.0x scale as well as the default, and include them in a 'srcset' attribute similar to how the wiki now handles inline images. The appropriate-sized image will then be loaded by the browser (if it supports srcset directly) or our compat JavaScript.
