We can not patrol module namespace now. Pages still  awaiting review, even if we patroled templates that invokes them. There are the hundreds of pages in Russian Wikipedia, that requires patrolling because of changes in the module:string.

Same problems reported in dewiki [1]

For example article Stocking [2] requests patrolling of Modul:Str [3][4] which cannot be done.

Modules were made reviewable on wikis with reviewable templates.
