An updated version of LanguageIs.php diff -u'ed against version 1.13 in CVS.
* NS_MEDIAWIKI and  NS_MEDIAWIKI_TALK have been translated into Icelandic
* Most magic keywords have been translated ( perhaps i'll translate the rest later )
* Math is now rendered as PNG as is the consensus on the Icelandic wikipedia.
* Added a comment pointing people to the translation collaboration page on is.

Furthermore

has updated translations which could be merged into this one.

Patched in cvs : LanguageIs.php 1.14 .
