Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Since this is a large established project, can you show me a page with
discussion and general community agreement for turning it on?

Woops, there is no page with a lot of votes, if this what you were about :)
There is [[fr:Discussion Wikipédia:Page semi-protégée]] at the moment, showing
agreement to use this function.
If it is requested, we can organise a quick community vote (like for the
Référence: namespace) for it.

A vote has been set up, requiring at least 30 people to vote for it and 75%
approval as a minimum. The page is [[fr:Wikipédia:Prise de
décision/Semi-protection]] and now fulfils the conditions. Would it be possible
to set it up ? Thanks.
