This bug is using "Component" "Special Pages". If this is a problem in
LanguageZh.php and the associated files for the language variants please fix it
and change "Component" to "Internationalization".

The url was mentioned in

At bug comment #1 a redirect issue is mentioned:

Works fine, I see the subtitle with redirect backlink in all cases.
