I'll take this on if I can be pointed toward the licensing info to be used...

I want to double-check with Tomasz if we want to stick with GPLv2 as originally planned or if we should MIT- or dual-license it (GPLv2 is ..... sorta funky with the Apple app store terms).

Should definitely have:
* app name and version number
* web link to license info 
* web link to github project
* web link to Commons?
* (maybe) web link to bugzilla entry form?
* list of authors

Will want to make some of the various bits localized...
