The german wiki shows quite minor pages as "wanted" in a front  
position on Spezial:Wantedpages. That results through linking in often 
used templates and prevents the finding of articles, that are wished 
for in different contexts.  
A easy solution could be to exclude pages, that just link to the page  
through a template.
