MediaWiki:Sitesupport-url/lang doesn't work in wikidata for example it should switch in farsi interface to Farsi translation but it doesn't switch to  MediaWiki:Sitesupport-url/fa

now https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sitesupport-url (Donate button in left side) redirects every users to 

//donate.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:FundraiserRedirector?utm_source=donate&utm_medium=sidebar&utm_campaign=C13_meta.wikimedia.org&uselang=en

if user only can read arabic he/she can use his config language (ar)
