When the query matches many languages and/or message groups, the faced list becomes too large to be handled comfortably.
Showing only a short list of the most relevant facets (e.g., languages the user speaks and projects from the recent list in the project selector) and using appropriate selectors to select other languages and groups would facilitate common selections.

I am splitting the part of Message group selector to another bug https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46155 since it is independent and need more refactoring.

This bug is retitled for ULS.
