Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I have created the page [[:commons:User:Raymond de/licence]] with usage of the
variable {{fullurl:{{FULLPAGENAME}}}}.

Then I have set the page as template on the imagepage
[[:commons:Image:Duisburg-Ruhrort Panorama 1.jpg]]. Here it works fine, the
variable shows
"http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Duisburg-Ruhrort_Panorama_1.jpg".

But when showing this imagepage on de: (or en:...) like
[[:de:Bild:Duisburg-Ruhrort Panorama 1.jpg]], the variable shows
"http://commons.wikimedia.orghttp://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Duisburg-Ruhrort_Panorama_1.jpg",
it seems that the variable {{SERVER}} was added in front.
