The "in other languages" section should not display suggestions for the source language because it results in a useless duplication of the source message.
This is a user setting. User can remove the helper language in special:preferences as a work-around.
I was not able to reproduce, and given that there are no steps to reproduce, I am assuming this has been fixed.
