Refresh spinner appears below the transparent toolbar on iOS.

Either figure out how to fix the positioning, or drop the transparent toolbar in favor of a gray or black solid one.

Fixed this, went with the solid black toolbar. Still looks snazzy but doesn't hide the refresh control.
