If you click on "mail me a new password" and you have no password set the
failure message (and the login dialogue) appears twice. Just tested on
http://en.wikipedia.org

Confirmed double error message with no e-mail address set in account. Will take a look...

Fix in 1.4 and 1.3 CVS, put live on Wikipedia.
