The interwiki cache just needs to be updated, probably
merl: I don't see how this is highest priority (something that *must* be fixed within a few days). I reset this, but please explain in case you disagree.
It's needed because some interwiki bot like pwb simply expect that this prefix always exist and will add langlinks without checking interwikimap first.
