present no error message

You're requesting a diff against a revision that doesn't exist (perhaps 
was deleted):

So, it's not surprising that it shows an error diffing against it. 
Resolving INVALID.

Bug 2455: correct navigation links for diffs between two different pages
Both titles apear site by site.
