As per community consensus, please add eswikipedia as an import source for es.wikivoyage. http://es.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikiviajes:La_posada#Importaci.C3.B3n

I think Reedy closed the wrong bug here, couldn't find the fix in gerrit, might have got confused with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/42774/

Indeed, es.wikivoyage doesn't have currently any import configuration.

From which wikis would you like to import pages?

For example, we could configure it for meta, commons, es.wikipedia, en.wikiovyage.

We hadn't thought about other wikis, beside es.wikipedia, but it might possibly be useful to have, and AFAIK it does no harm, I guess we can allow ourselves to have the following import sources:
es.wikipedia, meta.wikimedia, commons.wikimedia, en.wikivoyage, de.wikivoyage, fr.wikivoyage, it.wikivoyage, nl.wikivoyage, pt.wikivoyage, ru.wikivoyage and sv.wikivoyage.
