The SITENAME magic word on ga.wikipedia is currently set to 'Wikipedia'; it would be helpful if it could be changed back to 'Vicipéid', the Irish language name. Similarly, the SITENAME needs to be changed on some other projects - note that only some of these projects are active at the moment. ga.wiktionary => Vicífhoclóir ga.wikibooks => Vicíleabhair ga.wikiquote => Vicísliocht
Nikerabbit is looking at LanguageGa.php . I will sync site once it is done.
Live site got synced. Fixing issue! $ for i in wikibooks wiktionary wiki wikiquote; do php namespaceDupes.php ga$i | egrep 'namespace (4|5)'; done; Checking namespace 4: "Vicíleabhair" Checking namespace 5: "Plé_Vicíleabhair" Checking namespace 4: "Vicífhoclóir" Checking namespace 5: "Plé_Vicífhoclóir" Checking namespace 4: "Vicipéid" Checking namespace 5: "Plé_Vicipéid" Checking namespace 4: "Vicísliocht" Checking namespace 5: "Plé_Vicísliocht" $ And no conflicts found. That should mostly work.
It doesn't seem to have worked - SITENAME still produces Wikipedia, not Vicipéid (e.g. http://ga.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Loginprompt), and gives Wikipedia, not Vicipéide (e.g. http://ga.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Copyrightpagename).
Confirm: see b:ga:template:wikivar, q:ga:template:wikivar, w:ga:template:wikivar and wikt:ga:template:wikivar. It seams that Ashar did only change the project and project_talk namespaces. re comment 3 / comment 4 should automatically provide the "expected" result after the sitenames are set properly; compare with http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/trunk/phase3/languages/LanguageGa.php best regards reinhardt user:gangleri
Set sitenames.
