After an fresh install of MediaWiki, clicking on the "Create an account or log
in" results in either a blank page or download form (with blank content) in
Firefox, or a "Page cannot be displayed" in IE.  All other pages seem to work
fine, but there's no way to login.

Please take this to the mailing list, since it is almost certain to be some
configuration issue at your end. Provide them with version information; what
versions of MediaWiki, PHP and mySQL are being run, as well as the web server in
use.

(The mailing list has a wider "support" audience than this bug tracker.)
