As discussed, we propose this wording for the email frequency preference: 

'When would you like to receive e-mail notifications?' 

(instead of 'How often I receive notifications by e-mail').

This is the header that appears next to the divider in the first section of the notifications preferences.

This is a really simple change to the i18n file, but you say this is a proposal... So are you looking for discussion here? (if so, +1) Or shall I just upload it?
