I did a quick search but couldn't find this reported, although I suspect it has
been reported. 

Please try the URL provided. You will see the image description saying "Image
based on" and an image name. Try click on that image name, and you will get to
the "Bad title" page.

I suspect this has to do with the special characters (although please note they
are still included in the normal character set). I will provide more information
when I have.

Link to the "original image" doesn't render right for me; Win XP + SP2, Firefox.

Some internal Commons links on description pages do not display right. "Bad
title" is produced because it links to http://en.wikipedia.org/<a href= . See
other Commons image description pages on Wikipedia. (Tested on Firefox 1.5/Mac
