The alt tag on the undelete button is the same alt tag on the delete button, and
causes the wrong tooltip to be displayed when the mouse is over it. It should be
different.

This is the title attribute being incorrectly set, not alt. The delete button's ID should change to "ca-undelete" 
when a page has been deleted.

Fixed in 1.4 and 1.3 CVS.
