Title is "log in (requires approval)". The page consists of a single section with the title "Log in". The entire page, including the heading, is in a box. These elements make the page look weird, in my opinion. Shortening the message may remove the need to have the font so small. Why not have a more concise message: "You do not need to log in to read the site or make a donation, but you do need to log in to edit pages. To request an account, see [some link to another page with more information]." The title "log in (requires approval)" should make it clear that not everyone can get an account - more details can be put on another page.
