I have a screen suggestion in the area of user management.  Special:UserDetails

This screen would simply list all of the information in the user table for any user 
selected.  It would also list all of the IP addresses logged in RC by that user in the 
RC table if they are present ($wgPutIPinRC).

It would also be great to see if multiple users have used the same IP address.  That 
would lessen the potential impact of IP bans on existing users as well as increase and 
admins ability in blocking automated account creation scripts.

Restricted to bureaucrats or those with another right, of course (due to the IP
stuff)...this might be useful for some wikis, might not.

On second thoughts, while I understand why you might want all the other stuff
(tho' making email addresses available to all and sundry may not be an excellent
idea)...why isn't the existing CheckUser extension sufficient for the IP stuff?

Yes, you are right.  Check user is what i am looking for.  Sorry guys, I'm still new.  :(
