Somehow the autocomment for wbeditentity fail for a lot (all?) cases (http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q444553&curid=419396&action=history). It could be a naming issue of the message key.

Change Ib9583805: Corrected the message key of wbeditentity

The following message key should be deleted when the updates goes live on wikidata.org, its only a workaround

It seems to me that after populating the tables the mediawiki sites are correctly tagged as "mediawiki" and the necessary URLs are there. (The domain in field site_domain seems weird.) During write the object is the subclass MediaWikiSite. During read out the object is the parent class SiteObject and stays that, rendering URLs unaccessible.
