Please, add a feature that detects files uploaded that don't have any template
in your description page. This may help to detect copyright issues.

What of templates which have been substituted in, e.g. {{subst:freeuse}} or
whatever? How do you propose we determine those cases? Also, this would be a
rather expensive special page to code, and might well end up disabled on the
Wikimedia wikis should anybody do anything about it.

Sorry if my english is very poor.

This feature would be like the special page that lists articles with no
category. No specific type of templates is necessary to detect, but, only,
description pages of uploaded images that don't have any template inserted. This
isn't a emergencial feature, this is only a idea =)
