Internal Server Error 500: "PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.21wmf3/extensions/Translate/api/ApiTranslationReview.php line 96:
Argument 2 passed to ApiTranslationReview::getReviewBlockers() must be an instance of Revision, null given, called in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.21wmf3/extensions/Translate/api/ApiTranslationReview.php on line 31 and defined" 
on http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&task=reviewall&group=page-Feedback+privacy+statement&language=de when accepting Feedback privacy statement/4/de and some other messages. most after accepting 1 or 2 other messages before. Reload of the page solves the problem.

This should be fixed in 1.21wmf4 which should be deployed to meta any moment now.
