Add capability for QuestyCaptcha to ask two questions, rather than just one. Although this will be more work for non-spammers, it will exponentially increase the number of possibilities. Suppose you have 60 questions in $wgCaptchaQuestions, and a spammer figures out 2 of them. If only one question is asked, his odds of cracking the CAPTCHA are 1 in 30. His odds are significantly worse if he has to rely on getting both those questions at the same time out of a pool of 60.
