Some local wikivoyages have some userrights that are now meaningless.

it.wikivoyage: infomailer -> http://it.wikivoyage.org/w/index.php?title=Speciale:Utenti&group=infomailer

en.wikivoyage: none

I didn't find anything else on the other wikivoyages

I can't find these rights in the config, maybe they're just still in the user_groups table?

They have to be cleared from the database directly, unless a sysadmin wants to recreate them and unflag users on the wiki.

Exactly, the db was imported the config wasn't.
