Inconsistent file naming between URL and page content when file doesn't exist

URL: .../wiki/File:Wiki.png

<h1>, <title>, <link>s, wgPageName, wgTitle, wgRelevantPageName, etc. etc...: File:Name.jpg

Obviously regression since this was always working correctly.

Sounds like a redirect for me (bug 14117)

This is an intended redirect. Also see the "This file is protected because it's an inappropriate file name" hint on that page - same applies for "Name.jpg".

You state that you've uploaded files as Wiki.png before?
