In my opinion adding possibility to have local alias will help users to don't switch keyboard language for linking to wikidata namespace 
i.e. now for addressing to [[Special:CreateItem]] user should use Latin keyboard! 
or for main page they should write [[Wikidata:صفحهٔ اصلی]] 
also [[صفحهٔ اصلی]] or [[Main page]] doesn't have any redirect to [[Wikidata:صفحهٔ اصلی]] or [[Wikidata:Main_page]]

Can we ask if translatewiki.org can include our Special pages too here?

We simply need the translations in the alias files for the Special pages, then this should work.

How is this handled on Commons? Are different languages with the same translation going to be an issue?
