Skilled users may be able to see at
that no such user has registered but *newbies* may not see that.
How to distinguish:
- the first page does not contain a "User contributions" link in the toolbox
- the user name in the seccond page is not an HTML link

Another bug related to the confusion caused by creating user pages for accounts
that do not exist is:

I'm inclined to think this wouldn't be as useful as it sounds. You can soon find
out that no such user exists.
