Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Zoran Obradovic 2005-12-05 00:02:09 UTC
On some servers, at least on Serv25, the pages that include a deleted image show
"FATAL ERROR: Thumb object NULL in Linker.php:504".

On IRC, Duesentrieb reported earlier error messages "Fatal error: Call to a
member function on a non-object in
/usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.5/includes/Linker.php on line 504" from
some servers, which may or may not be related.

Update: this happens only when the link to the deleted image uses different
capitalization than the image used.

E.g. [[Image:Gyros.jpg]] is deleted. If a page uses the exact name as an image
link, it will work as expected, but [[Image:gyros.jpg]] and [[Image:gyroS.jpg]]
will trigger the bug.
