When searching for "Berlin" on wikidata.org, the same item (Q64) is shown dozens of times on the result page (apparently, once for every sitelink). 

Things to consider:
* wikidata.org is currently using SqlSearch
* This problem is not evident on wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de

Notice that the number of results will be different if I try each of these:
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Search/algebra?ns0=1
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Search/álgebra?ns0=1
so there is also some problem with accented letters.

Bug is not present anymore. Due to Lucene search being activated again?

It was actually already gone before that. I suppose the index was somehow messed up initially. Closing.
