I selected "General/Unknown" as "Component:". Probably a "Component:" "CVS"
should be added.
Many files from CVS contain UTF-8 characters which are not displayed properly
with ?view=markup / &view=markup .
In order to see the "real content" you need to download the file and open it in
an editor which can display it as UTF-8. This is afe but these are additional steps.
It would be a "nice to have" to offer a link "view as UTF-8" which displays the
"real content". Probably a ?view=UTF-8 / &view=UTF-8 shoud / could be available
providing the same result.
Thanks in advance for implementing this.

Talk to SourceForge...
Adding a component "CVS" will not help. We don't control the CVS software in
that manner and we can't make changes to the viewer scrips either. As Brion
says, this is up to SourceForge. Didn't you notice that the CVS url doesn't
point to a Wikimedia domain?
