At the moment, nearly for two weeks now, diff links on 
Special:Recentchangeslinked show up like 

...&curid=12345&diff=&oldid=0 
instead of 
...&curid=12345&diff=234567&oldid=345678

This can be obtained with the normal view of anonymous 
users (not logged in).

Please assure that we got back the normal functionality with 
exact diffs between two old versions.
