It is not possible to browse to http://dumps.wikimedia.org/fundraising/ from the homepage http://dumps.wikimedia.org/ A link needs to be added.
This should really go under xmldatadumps/public/other rather than in the same directory with the dumps. Is the link advertised a bunch of places? Also if you provide a one line description I can add it to the master copy of the index file shown at http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/

Unfortunately yes -- we've given it out to a bunch of people as well. Is there a way to 301 the old directory to the new one? > if you provide a one line description "Per day aggregate WMF fundraising donation totals, amounts, and other statistics."
Yes, even though it's mostly XML it's not 'XMl dump for a wiki' which is what we keep in the top level directory. Yes, we should be able to supply a 301 redirect. If you copy (not move, since you've given out the url already) the data, I can set that up and let you know when it's safe to remove the old copy.
Same for http://frdata.wikimedia.org/ I guess
