[ About priority ]

Please use High/Major only for bugs with an impact to a lot of people, the bug tracker isn't a place to raise issues about your Dropbox quota concerns.

If this is really a concern for you, I would suggest you open another bug if you think there is a need for an transitional temporary upload place, that would help other people.

Note in September you wanted the bug dealt directly so you could remove the video from your space. As soon as I red your concern, I uploaded the video on my server, to relieve you, but the video were still on your Dropbox account at bug closure...

This was already proposed at bug 31828 but closed as won't fix.

You also clearly misunderstood my current situation. My need for online storage space arises on *extremely* short notice. Unlike you, I'm limited by *both* bandwidth and online storage space, so I simply cannot afford to repeatedly delete and re-upload big files that are not uploaded before I require my dropbox space again.

If you'd like to help, you could start by setting up a hosting service on your server.

I reopened bug 31828, I agree with you it would be more practical.

To address your third paragraph, this is the case, my server is semi-public. http://grip.espace-win.org/ contains a section "Get an account.".

I'm creating you one and sending credentials by mail.

It just occurred to me that I could use labs to host files. How silly of me. Thanks for the account on your server! I'll put it to good use if labs stops working for me
