At <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:NewPagesFeed>, it says "<pagetriage-welcome>" at the top of the page. It shouldn't say that. Something to do with the localisation cache, maybe? Copying Reedy.

Purging Special:NewPagesFeed fixed it.

The message was updated in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/23389/ and deployed

Without action=purge, it still appears broken though

It appears fixed now.  Cleared my browser cache.

It's because I'm currently rebuilding the localisation cache
