[ How to reproduce this ? ]

(1) go to List Instances
(2) click an instance 
(3) click the configure link

We get a link like ...instanceid=i-000003dd and that doesn't work.


[ How to get a working configure page ? ]

(1) go to Manage Instances
(2) click the configure link from the instance

We get a link like ...instanceid=df8b3bec-eeb0-479a-a344-0ef87a92ab19&region=pmtpa and that works.

I'm pretty sure this is moot; step 3 above is no longer possible.
