Use ULS and select hi from the above URL. Even after selecting hi, it will be still be in ta, because uselang overrides setlang. Suggested Fix : Setlang should clear uselang

Or setlang could also just take precedence over uselang.

I'm okay with whatever solution, just as long as setlang takes precedence.
