Hallo!

*Only sysops* can see the "by email" button at 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Userlogin
compare with [[MediaWiki:Createaccountmail]].

However there is no special text to be send together with this action.

[[MediaWiki:Passwordremindertext]] is not acurate because it does not reflect
what happened.

*Request:*
Provide a new message which should includes
- a description of the action(s)
- the sysop's username 
- a link as 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Userlogin.

New messages 'createaccount-title' and 'createaccount-text' added.
